Using Midylo

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and use Midylo lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Uploads and rights

You may upload only MIDI files that you created, own, have permission to distribute, or that are genuinely Public Domain or covered by a license allowing redistribution. You are responsible for the file, metadata, license choice and any claims related to your upload.

Comments and conduct

Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, hateful, threatening or spam content. Do not impersonate others, attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Downloads and licenses

Downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership. You must follow the license shown on the MIDI detail page and obtain any permissions required for your intended use.

Moderation

Midylo may review, restrict or remove content and accounts that violate these terms, applicable law or the rights of others. We may act on reports, copyright notices or security concerns.

Availability

Midylo is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.
